Pevely, MO (June 28th, 2014) Brian Birkhofer almost identically repeated his win just 4 weeks ago at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55. Just like 4 weeks ago, Birkhofer gave chase to Billy Moyer for most of the forty lap feature before he finally took over the top spot and went on to win the $10,000 top prize. It began to sprinkle around lap thirty and Birkhofer mentioned in victory lane he could tell the track was getting a little slicker near the end. Bobby Pierce moved up through traffic late in the race from his eighth place starting spot to get a third place finish. Randy Korte would finish fourth with Brady Smith taking fifth.
Rickey Frankel would climb the wall in turn two on lap 19 and do a slow rollover bringing out the red flag. He was ok.
